Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days - €9.99 (Free on orders over €80)
• Express Shipping: 3-5 business days - €19.99
• Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days - €29.99

Processing Time

Each item is handmade to order. Please allow 1-3 business days for our artisans to craft your piece before it ships. During busy periods (holidays), this may extend to 5 business days.

International Shipping

We ship to over 36 countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package's journey to you.
