We want you to be completely happy with your handcrafted friend. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
• Item must be in original packaging
• You must have proof of purchase (order number)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Items damaged due to improper care
• Gift cards

How to Return

To initiate a return, please email us at helpline@yvessricherds.xyz with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
